i have a ferris walk behind lawnmower that the regulator is bad the pto will not engage ,we have no power from the regulator, power to it . have no model #or serieal # been torn off. belt driven, not designed for battery. will regulator #21066-2071 work the plugs are the same need to know asap thanks barnardsville small engine
